The 7-Day Money Back Return Policy provides protection against certain losses associated with fraud, up to a maximum amount of your purchase price paid (not exceeding €500,000) for the purchase of an eligible item on www.ajf-transport.com. The types of fraud that are generally covered include non-delivery of the item, undisclosed defects in the registration certificate, and certain undisclosed defects with the item. This policy is automatically included at no additional cost when you complete the purchase of an eligible item on AJF Transport AB's website.

The 7-Day Money Back Return Policy is managed by AJF Transport AB. All policy requests will be processed by the AJF Transport AB Administrator. Restrictions and limitations are set forth below.
What's covered?
Purchases are covered by the 7-Day Money Back Return Policy when all of the following criteria are met:
1. Successful purchase and payment for a Vehicle/Boat/Camper/Motorcycle/Farm/Heavy-Equipment with a purchase price of more than €1,000, listed in the AJF Transport AB Inventory Category (6-digit number).
* A purchase is successful if you receive confirmation & transaction instructions in your email.
2. This is your first reimbursement request under the 7-Day Money Back Return Policy in the last 180 days.
3. The buyer, the seller, the item (on the purchase date), and the financial institutions making and receiving the payment are all located over Europe
4. You obtain the 7-Day Money Back Return Policy Administrator's prior written consent before altering, repairing, selling, or releasing possession of the item before a determination is made on your reimbursement request.
5. You can provide the 7-Day Money Back Return Policy Administrator with documentation to substantiate all purchase payments and/or estimates for repair related to your reimbursement request within 7 days of your reimbursement request.
6. You comply with the filing deadline and requests from the 7-Day Money Back Return Policy Administrator, regardless of any shipping delays you experience.
Purchases are covered by the 7-Day Money Back Return Policy in the following situations:
1. You pay for a Vehicle/Boat/Camper/Motorcycle/Farm/Heavy-Equipment or send a refundable deposit for an item and never receive the item.
2. You pay for a Vehicle/Boat/Camper/Motorcycle/Farm/Heavy-Equipment and receive it, but suffer a loss because:
a. The Vehicle/Boat/Camper/Motorcycle/Farm/Heavy-Equipment was determined by a law enforcement agency to have been stolen prior to your purchase.
b. The Vehicle/Boat/Camper/Motorcycle/Farm/Heavy-Equipment has an undisclosed or unknown lien against its registration certificate.
c. The Vehicle/Boat/Camper/Motorcycle/Farm/Heavy-Equipment make, model, or year is different from what was described in the seller's listing at the time you placed your order.
d. You did not receive registration certificate from AJF Transport AB (and a registration certificate is required by both your registrant and the seller's registrant), and it's not possible to obtain a title from the appropriate registrant in your country.
e. The Vehicle/Boat/Camper/Motorcycle/Farm/Heavy-Equipment had a registration certificate with one of the following undisclosed brands (salvage, rebuilt/rebuildable, non-rebuildable, reconstructed, scrapped/destroyed, junk, lemon, manufacturer buyback, or flood/water damage) at the time of the end of the inspection period (7 days).
f. Cosmetic damage, such as paint or external surface rust.
g. Unverifiable damage.
h. Misstatements about the type of registration certificate brand for a vehicle listed with anything but a "clean" registration certificate.
How to request reimbursement?
We find that the basis for many reimbursement requests is often a simple misunderstanding between a buyer and a seller. As a result, we encourage you to first try to resolve any issues through communicating with AJF Transport AB.
If you can't resolve the issue with AJF Transport AB (consult your transaction invoice), submit a reimbursement request no later than 7 days** after the delivery is completed. You would generally receive a reimbursement determination and payment (if approved; approval depends on the rules applied above) within 48 hours after the reimbursement request was submitted.
Upon AJF Transport AB's review of your reimbursement request, you will be provided with instructions to submit your request directly to the AJF Transport AB Administrator. The AJF Transport AB Administrator will contact you within a couple of business hours to obtain additional details about your request and to discuss the appropriate next steps. You will be required to substantiate your request by providing, for example, a damage report from no fewer than one approved service facility (at your expense) or allowing the AJF Transport AB Administrator to inspect the item at any time.
Any action taken by you during the review process without the AJF Transport AB Administrator's consent, that impairs the AJF Transport AB Administrator's ability to mitigate any potential loss, will void your eligibility for AJF Transport AB reimbursement.
The AJF Transport AB Administrator will determine: (1) whether you are eligible to participate in the 7-Day Money Back Return Policy program, (2) whether you have suffered a loss, (3) if the loss was caused by the type(s) of fraud that qualify for a AJF Transport AB reimbursement and (4) the reimbursement amount.
** There are two situations in which the time for filing a reimbursement request may be extended:
1. If you learn that your item is stolen, you will have 180 days from the date of receiving the item.
2. If you receive the item but do not receive the registration certificate, or learn that it is subject to an undisclosed lien, you will have 90 days from the date of receiving the item to file for reimbursement.
3. National Holiday period.
How much will the reimbursement amount be?
In each case, including the examples outlined below, the maximum amount you may receive is limited to the purchase price, not exceeding €500,000.
Examples:
If you pay for the vehicle, but don't receive it, you will receive your purchase price amount paid, up to €500,000.
If you pay for the vehicle, but after taking possession discover that there is an undisclosed lien against the registration certificate, you will receive the lesser of: (i) the purchase price paid and (ii) the amount necessary to clear the undisclosed lien, up to €500,000.
If you pay a refundable deposit, but do not complete the purchase, you will receive your deposit paid, up to €500,000.
If you suffer a loss from undisclosed damage to a qualifying component of a vehicle you purchased, you will receive the cost of repairs determined by the lower of all replacement/repair estimates from two approved services facilities.
Incidental fees or expenses that the buyer and seller negotiate outside of AJF Transport AB are not covered.
Shipping reimbursement
If you qualify for a reimbursement and the AJF Transport AB Administrator takes possession of the item or the item is returned, you will be reimbursed for original shipping fees (first 1500 km are free and included in the selling price, and you will be charged €1 for extra kms).
Termination or Amendment
AJF Transport AB CAN'T terminate the 7-Day Money Back Return Policy or modify these Terms and Conditions without notice to you. The Terms and Conditions of the 7-Day Money Back Return Policy program specified on this page at the time that you purchased your item will apply. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to ensure you are familiar with them at the time of your purchase.
